This lot is a bit odd in that we are sitting in line on the side of the road waiting for them to open at 10:30 am on a Monday. Looks like they do not let anyone in the lot until the previous cruise patrons leave. This is a valet lot, so you need to leave your keys with them on the outside of the car. I suggest you remove all your other keys. They state that 'reasonable' care is given to cars left in their custody but they are not responsible. I  guess we are only paying for taking up space somewhere -- I hope it is on the lot. I should have read the reviews first!  The driver was nice so I upped by one star. It is now 10:37 and we are getting ready to roll even thou we have been here since 9:40.

Great experience. I left my carry on behind as we had a group and lots going on. We loaded the car and drove back to Sarasota. When we unloaded the car Realized it was missing. Drove back next day and they had it. Nothing was missing and we had a lot of valuables in it. Thanks for being an honest group! Will use them anytime going out of that port. Fast and efficient too!

Couldn’t have been any easier! GPS took us directly there, unloaded car, allowed them to load luggage and arrival at cruise terminal in a comfortable van with minutes. So well done that I just made reservations for my next cruise!

Gets the job done for the price. Lots of waiting, lack of information of having to take a separate bus not affiliated with Park N Cruise from terminal 3 just to get to terminal 10 where the shuttles will pick you up. I recommend the company to send out a detailed email upon booking making customers aware of this.

BEST location to leave your vehicle for this port. When I think “parking,” I don’t usually think great customer service but w gentlemen like Brent and Anthony here, it’s a much better than expected experience. Super friendly service all around and I really appreciate the way they “valet” your car by allowing you to unload close to the bus pavilion then park it for you. Plus, you can’t beat the price!

I just parked here this past month for a cruise. Paid for parking online but when I parked my Van, they said I had to Pay $50 more in cash. Plus, the girl behind counter very rude and inconsiderate. This being a family owned business, you think they would appreciate the business because there are so many places to park. We could have parked cheaper at the Port. I have parked here for many years and never felt ripped off or disrespected.

Third time using these guys and highly recommend.  Easy in, easy check in, good prices and don't have to worry about what terminal your ship goes out of or comes in to.  Anthony in the office is always helpful

Best way to park when going on a cruise. They take you right to the ship you are on. When leaving, their van is there to take you directly to your car. The driver loads and unloads luggage.

Lot requires you to leave your keys. They left the lights on in our Audi after moving it, and killed the battery.  Battery had to be jumped twice on the long drive home before completely having to replace it the last stop. Grrrrrrr!!!!! Not happy at all.

Very Easy to reserve & pay, BUT keyless starter left on by valet Parker- battery dead at pickup, keys accessible to ALL- NO attendant, a field with dirt- multiple messages left…. No call back. Do Not Recommend!!!
