MKM Mobile Car Wash & detailing

Absolutely amazing experience! MKM did an amazing job inside and out getting my car ready to sell. I gave them an extra hard challenge because my car was used to transport 5 dogs and 2 cats halfway across the country and when MKM got done I couldn't find a single pet hair in the car no joke, I looked. I highly recommend them and as a bonus, they are conveniently located in Jones Valley between Chevron and Bruegger's.

This is far the worst car wash experience I ever had. They ARE SCAMS !!! I have a 2021brand new Mercedes. My dog barfed in the back seat so I brought my car here to get it shampooed. They charged me for a full detail but did not detail my car instead they vacuum and wiped down the car because they knew it wasn’t going to take much to look new again. Also the man came and asked if I wanted a wax on the outside and I told him NO because my car is new and i just need the inside cleaned. So when I came to pick up my car the car still had the smell on top of that they tried to charge me for the wax after I told him I didn’t want it. I asked if they had shampoo the seats and carpet and they said yes. Remind you they had my car from the time they opened at 8 til that afternoon around 2 something. They knew exactly what they were doing. I know nothing about car detailing but I know you supposed to get what you pay for. My seats were not detailed. My carpet was not detailed. When I called he couldn’t even be honest and tell the truth. He kept making excuses on why another business handled the issue for what I paid them to do. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR TRUST THIS COMPANY AND MAKE SURE YOU DEFINITELY DON’T PAY IN CASH IF YOU DO USE THEM .. THEY WILL REALLY FINESSE YOU.
