Rachel Adams - my sales executive was the most warm and professional salesperson I have ever worked with. From start to finish and by the end she is a friend. Ryan and the entire team were above expectations. Ryan made the paperwork part simple and easy and was very professional. Then there was Brandon who walked me through the trailer and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. A great team!

We've met many salespeople over the years, but never have we met one so passionate about her profession, or as compassionate about her clients, as Rachel Adams. She patiently guided us through the purchase of our Bambi, and worked diligently to help us purchase our Flying Cloud after the Bambi was totalled by a hail storm. She's never forgotten us and has helped us when we had questions. I'm sure we are not alone, as we have met other Airstreamers on the road who have similar stories about Rachel. Finding good sales people is difficult, and keeping them is even harder.
Rachael was instrumental in assisting us with the purchase of our new 2023 International 27FBT. We had an unfortunate experience with the theft and total loss of our 2018 International 23CB. There were a lot of details that all needed to be worked out with the effort. Rachael and Ryan made the deal seamlessly and smooth
Rachel in sales is the ROCKSTAR of this entire outfit! Because of her, we are loyal customers. I have made numerous vehicle purchases over the years and never have I met a more pleasant, competent and down to earth Salesperson. She is honest, helpful and the only reason I own an Airstream today! The Service team is stretched thin, but Leah is always friendly and without Nick, the Service Dept. would fold like a house of cards. Nick took great care of us on our most recent visit. He ensured my trailer was ready when promised and went out of his way to go over every detail with me to ensure my satisfaction. He is hard working, thorough and dedicated! Just one last thing, John the Service Tech foreman is an awesome guy who makes it happen, thanks to him my trailer has the coolest bike rack ever!

I bought a 2022 Airstream Classic 33ft from Rachel Adams. She was, and is incredible. Her communication skills, commitment to excellent customer service, action oriented approach are some of the many qualities she demonstrates which make working with her and the buying experience a joy. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about her product, the Airstream trailers and represents it with immense pride. Frankly, having led sales organizations my entire career - she is a consummate sales professional who makes us all in sales proud.
Rachel Adams at Airstream of Austin Camper Clinic II provided excellent pre and post sales support when we purchased our 2022 Globetrotter 27FB Twin trailer last year. She continues to stay in touch after the sale is complete, answering questions and also providing additional information on new owner education/training opportunities and camping events. We highly recommend Rachel if you are in the market for an Airstream!
My purchase of an Airstream Interstate Tommy Bahama was quick and easy. Rachel Adams is the best sales rep I have ever worked with. She stayed in touch with us doing the whole process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Our salesman Jonathan went above and beyond during the entire process of purchasing our new camper. It took my husband and I a couple of weeks to go to the different dealerships to decide what brand and style of camper we wanted. After we saw a few that we were interested in we always had followup questions about features and price. Some of these salesman never even responded back ! I don't understand it we were serious buyers. When we went to Airstream of Austin and saw a 33 ft Flagstaff camper we were interested in we again had followup questions . Jonathan our salesman was very patient , really non pressure but at the same time right on top of everything. If he didn't know an answer he went and found the answer and not just make up an answer like some of the others. For example ,the unit we were interested in looked like it had two air-conditioners but we weren't sure and it was cool out so we couldn't test them . What did Jonathon do ? He climbed up on the roof to confirm that there were in fact two separate condensers meaning two separate air conditioners. Positively answered, done. Then when we went home to discuss over the weekend our potential purchase we had plenty of followup questions . We texted Jonathan , it was a Sunday, and we expected an answer on Monday but of course no , he got back to us immediately. This went on over several days and we always got an immediate quick response. No pressure, felt very comfortable working with him and the dealership . And ultimately we did purchase the 33 ft Flagstaff from Airstream of Austin. A very comfortable experience.
