An absolutely terrible experience. My wife desperately needed a new contact lens, and went for her appointment. After her vision had been assessed, the new contact lens was apparently ordered. They could not give either a price or delivery time - but we were desperate as we had a vacation coming. We never heard from the clinic, so my wife made repeated calls to get a status. She was always told it was ordered and on the way. After 5 weeks of waiting - she went to the clinic to learn that the contact had never even been ordered - and that MBD&V could not even get that contact. So now we start the process all over AT ANY PLACE ELSE. S. Wilson
The staff and Doctor at Mobile Bay Vision in Bel Air Mall were awesome! I had an appointment on a Saturday morning. Went in filled out paperwork and had my exam in no time. The young lady at the front desk helped me pick out glasses so I had that done before the exam. The cost was reasonable also. I would recommend them to anyone!!
They worked with me to quickly find the best frame for my features! They accepted my insurance and had a good variety of glasses too!
Customer service was just Ok! The staff had no knowledge of what was going on. I spent 500? A pair of glasses. The staff did not fit me before or after the glasses came in. Nor did the young lady know where to find the cases. I had a for better experience buying my glasses online. At least the chat rep. made sure that all points were covered before I hit the submit button. Will not be back.
The first time I went the doctor made my glasses to strong but he fixed that on my yearly appointment but now on Tuesday will be 3 weeks I’ve been waiting on my glasses the lady in the office said 2-3 weeks but the lady on the phone said 2-4 weeks so hopefully they will be in tomorrow or Tuesday
Staff couldn’t be better. Very tidy office and patient rooms. I can always get appointments that work for me. I could just go on forever! If you want a great dental experience, go to Mobile Bay Dental and Vision.
Terry was very helpful, picking out frames that she observed was my style. Joy was also helpful.
Dr. Reed is amazing! Best eye Dr my kids have seen! He was super patient with them. He also explained things to me about eyes and eyesight I had idea about!
First visit for my daughter and everyone was really nice to her! Feels good to say we have found a dentist for her
I come here and now I have my husband coming very nice friendly and kindhearted peoples I love it here. They take time and listen to your concerns. We thank God for y'all and all y'all do
