Dr Zack and her MA have given me the best care. Always welcoming and going over the details. Answering my questions. I can always get an appointment with in a week or two.
Appointments can run really late here, which is completely understandable. But when a patient waits for 35 minutes and then comes to the front desk to ask why, the front desk staff should be able to tell the patient why the appointment is running so late. “I’m not sure, but we will keep you posted” is not an answer. That’s “I don’t know and I really do not feel like moving so I’m going to be dismissive”. Please be better. You are serving people who are old, sick, mentally unwell, and a host of other things. Those people should be treated with care and compassion, not with a lazy and dismissive attitude.
This clinic is horrible. My family will be filing a medical malpractice lawsuit. Lab results were not brought to the attention of the patient nor was proper follow up and tests ordered. If you have serious health issues do not go here. Gross negligence!
I do not recommend Healthlinc. Horrible service. Last 3 times I waited 2 hours for appointment. Each time 10 people after I came got in, saw the doctor, and went home. Finally I was the only person in the waiting room 20 minutes later still not called. Dr. Kelly is slow in getting back with you. Prescription refill take several days. I will find another physician.
The new company that has taken over the hospital & dental clinics is absolutely horrible. They do not care about patients, just quotas and the almighty dollar. I was a patient at their Dental Center for years and they now tell me they can't see me because, "I am not a patient." They are removing people as patients if they haven't been seen within their specified time frame. This is absolutely disgusting practices, especially when we have been under limited operations of everything for more than two years due to a "global pandemic." So if instead of making an appointment, you made the choice to limit public interaction as to not contribute to the "spread of a deadly disease," the company rewards you by telling you to kick rocks and find a new Dentist or offers to add your name to a waiting list. Corporate greed & unempathetic doctors/staff have completely taken over all areas of the medical field, treating patients like they are a disposable product for sale on the market. How quickly they disregard morals, common decency, and medical integrity as they line their pockets. Seems they've forgotten that the patients they continue to throw out like yesterday's trash are the same ones paying their salaries!! FIND A NEW DENTIST WITH INTEGRITY AND DON'T BOTHER THROWING A PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THE STACK OF THEIR CORPORATE GREED!!!!!
I was having severe dental pain, I went there and had the tooth pulled.I am always very nervous when going to the dentist. The Dentist and Dental Assistant, kept reassuring me and kept my mind off the procedure. Staff is very caring and polite. I will be returning to finish up my dental work.
Erica and Chantel were kind, professional, and thorough. The staff at the desk were also considerate this time and last. In fact, last time was busy, but not unbearable, and although I didn't think things were running behind, one of the staff offered to get us a cup of water while we waited. Not necessary, but it was a nice thought. Thanks for a good visit.
My review is for the dental office. Dr. Rudnicki and Jennifer were absolutely amazing today. I needed a lot of fillings that would normally take 5 or so appointments. I talked to them about the fact I may be moving states soon and the new state doesn't offer the same dental coverage I receive here. I asked if we could book my appointments closer together so we could get them done before the move. We finished my scheduled fillings and the following appointment didn't show so they went ahead and knocked out a few more. I'm so impressed with how accommodating they were. Jennifer made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way and that I was relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Rudnicki and Jennifer both have wonderful personalities and I would feel at ease with any dental procedure they needed to perform!
Best office Ive ever been to. Have never had to wait for my appmnt. Rebecca really listens to my concerns and works with me to find a solution. It'sso relieving to actual be heard.
I called set an appointment, I had an appointment 4 days later for toothache issue Dr. and all staff members were great 15 minute wait time another 15 minutes to do X-rays dentist came in talk to me said I have to cavities that were causing extreme pain she ask me if I would like to have them pulled out... I joked around with her and the nurse said if you got the time yank those puppies out and sure enough the Doc. Shoot me up with a local and tugged those pups out.... My first time visit as well as service provided with the tooth extraction I was in and out within an hour... “” GREAT JOB GUYS MY TEEF DON’T HURT NO MORE “”.... LOL
