I want to share this absolutely amazing business run by the best, most caring staff!! My mom went here after her knee surgery and couldn’t have been in better hands after going through something so difficult to recover! Val and Amanda are the owners and they were the main ladies taking care of her and they have such a great balance between them of qualities of patience, kindness, incredible experience and knowledge, and they will treat and look into your overall physical condition, not just what brought you to them. They have also helped my mom figure out and treat previous issues with her back, sciatic nerve pain, and continued to see how each relates to knee issues and recovery as well. They have the most excellent bedside/physical therapy table side manner and very positive, motivating style, that it’s hard to be negative around them.They made great suggestions for her to continue doing the work at home, and she was able to recover much more successfully because of everything they did with her! I want to give a HUGE shout out to them and highly recommend them to anyone needing great physical therapy! Their whole facility and all their staff are top notch as well from the moment you walk in the door until your very last visit!! The best are the cute and funny animal videos playing continuously to keep a permanent smile on your face! Can’t say enough good things about this place!!
This was my first real stint with professional physical therapy post-injury. I have to say, I was impressed from day one. My first appointment was a very thorough analysis of flexibility, any muscle atrophy and any pain coming out of my shoulder. The therapist zeroed in on my source of pain and designed a course of treatment to address it. Coming up on a month and the results are fabulous, no pain, stronger shoulder. Fun people, nice facility.
I just finished PT for an ankle/foot injury and I couldn't be happier with the wonderful service I received. Every single person there was so friendly and they really knew what to focus on, always asking how I was feeling and if I felt any different after the last time I was there. I really felt like they cared. I found out things about my ankle I never knew were causing me issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing Physical Therapy!!
Today was a first visit for therapy following a Rotater Cuff surgery, I was pleased with Valerie and her knowledge of all the things my surgeon did for me. She is very caring and I felt really comfortable with her.
I am thrilled with the results I got from Results. I would recommend them to anyone searching for quality physical therapy. I went in fully expecting physical therapy to help. What I didn’t expect was a thorough education of every step they took to make PT help. Valerie and Amanda are great at their job: they take the time to get to know their patients and their bodies, they develop exercises based on the patient’s needs, and they are incredibly warm and friendly. If ever necessary, I’ll go back to them for whatever I need.
Went here for first 2 weeks after full knee replacement. Loved it here. The staff was as nice as could be. Val and Samantha were great every time I went in there. Smiles galore. I even got a courtesy call from them asking how I was doing 2 weeks after I transferred to a closer therapist to my home. Would recommend to friends and family without a doubt. Great place.
Results is a great place to come to for therapy. They are so thoughtful and concern about you. They are not like other clinics that are busy and just get you in and out. Being a privately own practice they care about you and take time to listen to you just about anything and make sure you feeling better before you leave even if it takes and hour or hour and fourth-five minutes. Always feel better leaving before you did walking in.
Several months ago I developed a sharp pain in my right calf. It prohibited me from doing my daily activities. After several Dr appointments, ultrasound and x-rays, I was diagnosed with slight movement in my spine, neuropathy and mild arthritis. I was given medication and instructed to have physical therapy. I searched the internet for a therapist near New Buffalo and made an appointment in Michigan City. Upon arrival at the office which will remain unnamed, I had a bad feeling and wish I would have never went in. The office only had one therapist, minimal equipment, and seemed unclean. Needless to say after leaving the appointment I spent several hours doing research for another facility. Fast forward to Results Physical Therapy. From my 1st phone call, I knew I finally found the perfect place! They checked with my insurance company to make sure I was covered prior to my visit then made an appointment for the same day. Entering the office was a breath of fresh air, I was greeted with a smile, quick paperwork and tour. The facility is amazing! The lovely appointed waiting room overlooks the therapy area, with views of the woods & creek outside which gives you a sense of calm and peace. Val and her staff listened to my issues and performed the exact therapy I needed weekly until I returned to my normal level of activity. Today was graduation day and I must say I hated to see it end! Everything & everyone is so professional, friendly, and respectful. If you are looking for a place for your physical therapy, I can highly recommend.
Great people! Great physical therapists!! Went there having horrible leg pain and back pain for years. Their individualist plan for me got me pain free!!!! Excellent care and they actually spend quality time with each patient! I can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you!!
The staff at Results Physical Therapy are fantastic! I had a total knee replacement 5 weeks ago. Their thoroughness, professionalism and concern on my first visit, required me to revisit the hospital for testing for a possible blood clot due to the condition I was in that day the leg was severely bruised and swollen. After being treated, I was cleared to resume therapy. Within 4 weeks of their patience and encouragement, I was able to “graduate” meeting the flexibility and strength goals that needed to be met, in much less time than expected. The staff made it very clear that if I felt need to return for more therapy or had any issues related to the process, that I was encouraged to do so. So far, a week later, I have made additional progress on my own, basing it on the homework they had given me to do. They made a process that I was dreading prior to surgery, almost enjoyable. : They did push me, safely, and I feel I’ve had excellent results. I highly recommend this facility and staff.
