Plans for mom's birthday party fell through so we had to scramble to find a new location. We only had a half hour to make this happen. We called and were told it would be no problem. We showed up 18 strong and the staff made us feel right at home. Friendly staff, great service, and delicious food made for an amazing time. Highly recommend!
First of all, food is good. Service is not very good the gals that take your order give you an attitude. So from that part, I felt annoyed my whole dinner. Food prices are pretty high for what they are $6.58 For just a single Asada taco I rather go to a food truck.Food: 4/5

Molcajetes is a great mexican restaurant that we stopped by for lunch. The menu choices were overwhelming and it took awhile for us to decide, I chose chimichanga marina while my spouse had carne asada. The chips and salsa were great, you could tell the chips were fresh. The salsa wasn't too spicy. The taste of the entrees were great, I normally don't eat the refried beans, but they were seasoned well and tasted fantastic. The portions are huge. I'm knocking down a star because there were times our water glasses were empty and we wanted more water several times.
Tamales are definitely not fresh as they are frozen and reheated. I almost feel like these taste like Costco tamales. There is no way those tamales are made fresh daily, I'd bet my life savings on it. I don't mind paying a ton of money to eat out. However, this place is overpriced for what the food is. We won't be coming back.
Food was delicious and plentiful. Server Maria was awesome, did a great job. Raw oysters were delicious. Macho burrito big enough to share. Will without a doubt return. Returned 8/13/23, food was good, service a little on the slow side. Prices seemed higher than they should have been. Overall it was fine, but not excited to return.

Wow! What a delicious place to eat with homemade tortillas! I had the chicken fajitas and my husband had the carne en salsa roja and we were in heaven! Yummy place I highly recommend eating here.
I stopped by for lunch and the food wasn't bad but it was pretty bland. Our waitress was very kind and attentive, always making sure our water glasses were full. The inside is clean and the servers are nice but the food is not anything exciting for the price.
