Let me be very clear: the work done to our home was impeccable. Jerry and the team did an AMAZING job with our roof. 5 stars.  I suppose that the quality work was done so I shouldn’t complain. However the corporate team, and office team was an absolute joke.  Because there was an agreement in which I had to special order my specific paint, I had asked for an estimated start date so that I could have fresh paint ready. The project manager calls me after 3 months of a delay and says “oh, they’ll be in your driveway in 90 seconds.” I had to drive to multiple paint locations as far as Dayton to get the team what they needed.  Additionally, there were days in which the team did not show up, allegedly due to “weather related issues”, however there was conversations in passing that there were multiple projects going on “depending upon weather”. Fairly, I get it for roof work. But these days had 20% chance of rain or less.  Third and finally, I had asked the initial corporate liaison that quoted us for a payment options, and when I spoke with the finance team about the one time bill, I got extreme pushback: “We should have known about this from the beginning.” Well, yeah, you should of, not my problem - talk to your internal teams.  Again, overall I am satisfied with the work completed, but the lack of communication from the corporate teams to the workers is so unfortunate. Thank you to the team on the ground for putting up with my frustration. It concerns me to use Molloy for future endeavors and projects given the lack of communication.

James did an excellent work installing  3 skylights  in my home. Arrived on time, really quality work and frequent update in their progress.  The complete the job in less than a day! The following day Ted came to check the work and make sure everything was done with quality.  Even gave a some ideas for matching the Skylights from the inside.  Overall I highly recommend them.Service:&nbsp;Skylight installation
