My roof was replaced by Deerpark about 5 years ago and am happy with the work. Project manager was always on site and everything was neatly cleaned. My most recent experience with Deerpark was terrible with the exception of Roberto. Trying to get an estimate repair due to animal damage and warranty work took weeks. Cipriano was sent out to take pictures for an estimate. I had to constantly follow-up for next steps. They finally sent two guys out, I thought they would fix stuff under warranty but instead they cut into my trim on the wrong side of the house saying they were told to cut there to get an exact estimate for the trim due to the age of the house. After 4 weeks I never got a response or an estimate. Long story short, they lost the trim and I finally got a hold of the project manager to fix the damage. Roberto and his crew did an amazing job, great communication and professional. I gave them 3 stars due to the initial roof repair and Roberto and his team for fixing the mistake from the two other workers.Services: Gutter repairs

Deer Park Roofing just completed a 2-part project on our home. Prior to his scheduled arrival, we received a photo and introduction of our estimator, Tim. In addition to assessing our areas of concern, Tim made us aware of a damaged rake board that needed to be replaced & showed us a picture of same. Project Manager Rachelle stayed in contact with us and was most efficient in scheduling the project immediately after our return from time away. Our 2-man work crew, Doug and Jason, were a pleasure to have on site. They were pleasant, stayed on task, and completed the project to our satisfaction. Before and after pictures were provided. Doug was even kind enough to blow debris off of the roof while he was up there. We highly recommend Deer Park Roofing.
