This is the most unprofessional office I've ever been to. I'm in a wheelchair and have a pressure sore that prevents me from being able to stay in my chair long. Well my first ever appointment at thus office was at 9 a.m I waiting till 10:15 for them to tell me to come back later in the day... 2nd visit I waited once again over an hr... 3rd visit I waited they canceled then gave me someone new to talk and said the lady Vanessa was new only 3 months into it so trying to pass off the blaming of why they were always late.... then I call to refill men's and they said they discharged me due to the reason of the doctor??? Um you provide a reasonable response for why tho? No one can tell you who is in charge and the manager of the office is never around to talk to. I came to you guys to help my mental health and you made me feel like I'm the problem thanks.
I've been a patient of Dr. Branch's for over 15 years, and can't say enough on how incredible she is, as well as Stephanie and Heatheran. Heatheran has known me for so many years that it feels like family when I call! I feel safe with all of them, and they have been lifesavers. Dr. Branch has always been great at helping her patients with custom treatments that work best for each individual, and truly gets to know you along the way. Her and Stephanie collaborate so well together, and truly care about their patients. I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for someone to go to. They're the best!!

This practice has been a life saver for me. Not only where they accommodating with my schedule, but they were also understanding of my issues and concerns regarding medicine management. We have a complicated case, been to several practitioners, some thought we had no hope, some said "this is how our life will be". Dr. Branch took our tough case and skillfully restored our family. The staff is very nice and the service is good. The office looks really modern and bright. I like it and I recommend it. I feel the help from Erik Barba has been very important in my life and just what I needed.
Our community cannot thank you enough for taking the time to speak to our residents. Going through some major mental health crisis Dr. Branch has been nothing more than heaven sent. She has not only taken the time to speak to a small group of us regarding signs of mental crisis, and how to manage in a emergency situation. Dr. Branch is phenomenal! She takes the time to listen to you; she's attentive, caring, understanding, and helpful. I highly recommend her.
I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been a patient for years and have had so many issues with them sending in prescriptions. They often simply don’t respond to emails or phone calls. If they do respond, it’s likely that they still won’t send in your prescriptions without you following up. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve killed people by not filling their antidepressants. The most negligent doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
