My wife's father my father-in-law had passed away this late April we live 3000 miles away and we're confronted with a situation where she was fighting for her own father's ashes and personal belongings within the family. Unfortunately I was not able to make it but did Reach Out by phone to the owners and they assured me they will do everything in their power to make sure his ashes will remains if you will and remaining belongings find a home here with his daughter and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the effort and determination to make things right when this clearly had nothing to do with you or your establishment. If I could give a higher rating I will clearly went above and beyond and it's evident that they care about Humanity God bless

Bill was absolutely pleasant and very helpful during our process. It was an unexpected death and there was no stress added which was so helpful. He walked us thru everything and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much.
