The Monroe Street Library League is a friends group formed 25 years ago to support the Monroe Street branch of the Madison Public Library. Members contribute time and money to support the activities of the library, including a book group, speakers and children's programming. In addition, we help fund materials and improvements to the library's facilities. The major fundraising efforts for the MSLL are twice-a-year book sales and an annual membership drive.
"All Madison Public Library locations are open for in-person browsing, public computing, and self-serve holds pickup and checkout. The library's databases, online magazines, and newspapers and downloadable audiobooks and eBooks are always accessible 24/7 online with a valid library card.--For more information, visit madisonpubliclibrary.org, Madison Public Library on Facebook, @madisonlibrary on Twitter, and @madisonpubliclibrary on Instagram."
