Nantucket Island's only Montessori school!
Founded in 1982, the Montessori Children's House of Nantucket is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, a MA Department of Early Education and Care licensed program and the island's only Montessori school!
As a three year program, with children starting as early as 2 years 9 months, students and families have an opportunity to become a part of a close-knit, supportive school community. Established over 30 years ago, MCHN now proudly has both staff and parents who are alumni of the program themselves!
It is our mission to inspire a love of learning and a sense of wonder by creating a nurturing, dynamic Montessori environment.
