I had a broken tooth with a cavity, I was met with professional service from the front to the dentist office. My nurse Mrs. Jessie made me comfortable during X-rays, then the Lord sent my miracle through Doc. GREEN. When I say he had borrowed GOD’s hands. That tooth wiggle a little bit he pressed change tools and came right out. My Jesus bless everything in his life.
I've had two dental visits here so far with Dr. Carter and she is amazing.... she takes time to talk to you about any questions... Everyone that I encounter working in the dental office was amazing. Dr. Mark and Dr. Carter both got on the phone to answer questions for me in between my visits. Wait time wasnt any longer than any other dentist office. All in all I will go back....the pricing is cheap and the care is just as good as any other dentist I've been to.
Wow, the people who work here have 0 patience and 0 customer care. I have been waiting on my test results for over a week when they promised it would be out in a couple of days. Been calling 3 days straight. I was finally able to reach someone but she put me on hold for 20 minutes only to hang up on me right at 3:00 PM because that's probably her time to leave. The lady who was being short and unprofessional was Mrs. Blow the assistant director. If you need anything,, she should be the last person to talk to. Do not come here. There are better places.
I enjoyed my visit today. Tonda was very Sweet, professional and knowledgeable. She did a great job on my teeth. I’m looking forward to going back soon! Thanks Tonda!
I have a 9 to 5 I made an appointment at 9:30am I came at 9:23am I left work to come to my appointment. I sat in their waiting room for an hour before I was called to the desk to be checked in once checked in I stayed for almost 2 hours almost lost my job messing around with family planning these people are rude unprofessional and slow I guess when things are free they expect for their clients to not have a job or any kind of income wrong I do it don’t make no sense how long they take they are very slow I would give them no stars if I could speed up the process and be more polite without the attitude tryna be nasty nice which I and a lot of others notice other than that the doctors are nice I will be going somewhere else soon
Everything was great! All the staff was very helpful and caring. Your best interest seems to be what they're interested in... The Doctor was such a nice man and his assistant was wonderful, caring and would answer and questions I had. No waiting time for me, but people were coming in.. They helped me in my time of need and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.
I had an appointment at 9:15am, arrived and checked in at 8:45, yet it’s 10:50am and I was still waiting to see a doctor. Come to find out they had me listed as a walk in because they didn’t see an appointment in the system but didn’t tell me that off the back when I walked in and said I had an appointment. We found out my appointment was at the location upstairs but since I missed the appointment waiting downstairs they couldn’t see me and they’re booked until April 15th It’s April 5th. I’m from Chicago and just needed 2 simple/common immunizations for graduate school but at this point I will definitely wait until I get back home to a REAL MEDICAL FACILITY cause that right there was absolutely not it. I’ll be avidly checking for my refund in 5-10 days.
This is a bottom of the barrel health center. The dentists are horrible and the quality standard that federal qualifying health centers are supposed to meet are not being met at this center. Worst dentists I have ever visited, they treat you like trash.
They are about making money.I would not recommend them.I wanted to get my money back for something I did not want done.I went there thinking I had surface cavities and I did not want to pay 45.00 just for them to smooth out two front teeth.They did not allow me to get a refund and just did a cleaning and x ray.It was clearly a misunderstanding when he told me I had small baby surface cavities and they meant smoothing out my two front teeth for surface cavities cause I have a crack chip in the front.I think it’s illegal not to get a refund for something you don’t wanna pay just for a cleaning and x ray and your there for fillings.Thinking you have surface cavities.
Went because I thought I had an STD there was an old security guard out front and 2 woman taking names because of the Coronavirus I'm guessing she asked what I was there for which was the first no no then I just filled the application out and she looked and said out loud oh STD then the security guard and the woman started laughing but I was not seen that day then the next day the security guard did the same thing as the lady yesterday who was also present the experience was embarrassing and not called for and unacceptable
