Bringing back the magic of the old Moonraker that served as such a special gathering place for so many years for the Bay Area community. Zagat rated cuisine and breathtaking oceanfront views with a friendly atmosphere.

Description

Moonraker features classic seafood cuisine with a modern twist with a selection of local California wines, beers and Pacifica-inspired cocktails. Re-opened in winter 2011, Moonraker offers dinner seven days a week with happy hour starting at 4:30 each afternoon.

If you don't come here for their food you should come here for the gorgeous first row ocean view and the golden sunset. Service was great and the food was very decent when we visited. Great date night spot and a place for special occasions and not break your bank.Food: 4/5
The food was good. We had chiopino and scallops. The service was not bad, but they refused to fully honor Travel Zoo vouchers I and other people had. The voucher clearly said two cocktails or wine up two $33, but the server said $14 cocktails are not included. We paid for the cocktails, and they were not bad. There is very loud, poorly plaid live piano music during lunch hours. It was annoying.
Moonraker is a great place to enjoy fresh seafood and stunning ocean views. The restaurant is located inside the Lighthouse Hotel and has a cozy and elegant atmosphere. The service is friendly and attentive, and the menu offers a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. I ordered a bunch of appetizers, and they were fresh and delicious. For the main course, I had the Dungeness crab legs, which were succulent and tender. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. I also enjoyed the Pacifica-inspired cocktails, which were refreshing and creative. The highlight of the meal was the breathtaking view of the beach and the surf from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was a relaxing and romantic experience that I would recommend to anyone looking for a special night out in Pacifica.
Amazing view on a clear day, great food and decent service. Live piano at Sunday was a welcome surprise. Not the best seafood tower I've had, but the view and ambiance was unbeatable.Food: 5/5
Had drinks at the bar and then had a work meeting downstairs. All the appetizers we had were great. The staff was also amazing and professional. The namesake drink was strong. The views are amazing. The salmon at dinner was a big highlight for me. Dessert was hard to resist
We heard we came for the oyster happy hour. 1.50 an oyster. Ordered 2 dozen and the wife loved every one of them. I had the fish and chips. Wish there was just a lil more food on the plate however it did hit the spot. Ordered the whiskey smash and old fashioned and of course a few more. Ocean view is incredible and the service very nice. I say check it out.
What a quaint place located in Pacifica, CA. We were seated at a table with the view of the ocean. The food was great and they had a pianist performing. We'll definitely return to this spot.Food: 5/5

Ambience is incredible with a view unlike another. Food is great although not phenomenal. Presentation and service were great, it came out quickly and hot. Service was very very kind, and well done. Priced well. Tiramisu had a weird taste but mousse was great!Food: 4/5
Enjoy our dinner with the sunset. Staffs are friendly. Gratuity aren’t included on the bills which is surprising me and 9 of us. Highly recommend for dinner with your loved one
