Very nice park. Well kept. Also they have 3 grills there next to a pavilion. Park benches and tables.
One of the best park in ames.
Gorgeous park. Perfect for walking/jogging. Nice playground equipment and a big hill for playing.
Great walking paths and green space. So nice to see and hear children on the play equipment and families and friends enjoying a picnic lunch. Though there were some damaged trees from the Derecho, there are many more that remain standing tall!
Fun park just north of Venkner. Nice trails, some pavilions, and a small lake to dish in.
They have a playground for bigger kids and a separate toddler playground shorter. There are trails to go on a short walk or easily make it a longer walk. Very beautiful and well maintained. The large "barn" shed makes a great location for photography. There's a gazebo and a large covered area with tables easily 50+ people and a smaller shelter. There's bathrooms that are open in the summer.
We had a great time all play structures were clean and well maintained
