When we decided to build in Saraland it was a practical decision. It's a small town that offers lots of growth potential. It's a convenient location to virtually everywhere in Mobile County. Our buildings are located only 15 minutes away from the Alabama State Docks, Brookley Field and Interstate 10. We are also less than 30 minutes from the new ThssyenKrupp Steel mill in Calvert, AL. Over the years we have had the opportunity to watch and, in some instances, assist some major US companies realize the potential the Saraland area could bring to their organizations.
