Our Team Approach
Day-to-day property management alone is not enough to guarantee success. We are a “team” that includes the Owners, Property Manager, Leasing Agents, Sales Agents, Accountants, and Administrative Support.
Before a Property Management Agreement is in place, our team members will:
· Discuss with the owners about their goals and objective for the property.
· Review current lease agreements and property related contracts.
· Review labor needs and begin competitive bidding procedures.
· Review all utility needs and any deposits necessary.
· Review and establish budgets (NNN, CAMS, Insurance, Taxes, etc.)
· Inventory vacant space and put a marketing plan in action.
