Moores Chapel Cemetery

The administrative staff supporting this cemetery are irresponsible. My grandparents were supposed to be buried here but my grandmother died in 2002 & by 2018 there was still no date put on their stone; the paperwork I had been given by this cemetery indicated no burial date though they swore she was buried there - I had death certificate information indicating that she was cremated in 2002 but they could not explain that. When I pressed for paperwork related to burial/internment they penciled in an assumed date of burial on the paperwork they had given me before then told me that any accounting related to internment payments and services was lost no documents, no ledgers, no proof of what was done with any money and that I should not bother them anymore. I don't know what was done with my grandmother's ashes she had provided $ enough for non-cremation and the money that my grandmother left to be buried properly but neither do I know how a cemetery can take money for services rendered but have no accounting of it.
