Excellent service call! My Harmon pellet stove dealer went out of business and I thought I'd have to have someone travel from Bangor or Skowhegan to service my 10-year old stove. But Moosehead Home and Hearth was quite willing to take a look at it to try find the problem--- which they did and fixed it without having to replace any parts, all for a very reasonable service charge. The technician Nick was very professional and informative.
