This emergency room is nothing more than a band aid station! Was sent to collections after my bill had been paid in full upon receiving the initial statement. Finally, spoke with a billing clerk and explained what had been going on and he fixed the issue. No one there has a clue what they're doing and evidently has no desire to do better. Physicians if that is what others want to call them have no compassion or empathy toward patients. They act as if you are wasting their time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This is the absolute WORST hospital I have ever been in. This is not the first occasion of bringing my grandchildren here and each time the Dr acts like we are a inconvenience to him. Dr. Fleming you have the WORSE bedside manner and are not qualified to treat human beings. Bring a 10 month in for a fever of 102-103 and you don’t even understand why we would bring him??? We treated this fever all day will no break in it as you were told. I suggest Morgan Co ARH seek a qualified physician and allow Mr Fleming to do what he is qualified to do maybe something in housekeeping or ground work. What a joke he is. I only gave the 1 star because it wouldn’t let me post my review if not but actually you are a -10 star
Dr Fleming has the worst bedside manner, brought my fiance in for gum and tooth pain that was radiating down to his jaw and in his ear. Dr Fleming looked at his tooth and just walked right back out the door, we had to stop him ask what was going on with my fiance and he didnt even explain what was happening. The nurse had told us his diagnosis.
The ER dept here is an absolute joke! My oldest daughter went in for severe abdominal pains, the Dr said she had a yeast infection, woke up the next morning still in pain went to a different Er, had to have an emergency surgery to have her gall bladder removed! Come on people, how could a Dr not see this?! Had my youngest daughter there another time and an Asian Dr told us she had a common cold, took her to her pediatrician that Mon morning and she had bronchial pneumonia on top of a severe respiratory infection I wouldn't take my dying dog to this bunch!
Doctors & Nurses are extremely disrespectful and have 0 knowledge on what there supposed to be doing . it's a guess game or Google search behind the desk to diagnose you . The local vet is a better choice than ARH Dr Fleming is the rudest person I have ever seen . not only to me and others I've spoken to but to children also .
We were told that this hospital is referred to as a band-aid hospital. Fine by us - we utilized its services last night for a catheter replacement for my 76 year old mother and the nurse, Marietta, went above and beyond in her duties, got mom taken care of in a compassionate, friendly manner, and got us out of there in 1.5 hours that's a record for me in my 53 years. Dennis the RN is amazing! Such an awesome caring smart young man! I recommend this place solely because of him! I met his just tonight and he was so kind and caring and taught me more then any doctor has! He is amazing and needs a raise like asap!
I was in for hypertension, took my blood pressure and a few questions, ask what was going on. Told the doctor my husband had a fistula done in April, he did not know what it was. Dr. Ob?? needs to go back to medical school What a waste of time was in there matbe 2 minutes. That is not a hospital, I won't be back.
Will not use again , my son waited an HR to use er with a COVID outbreak on a Saturday because he was puking violently , waited 3.5 hrs to have a COVID test and get results , so a total wait of 4.5 hrs , after diagnosis of COVID he was told to just go home and wait to see if it got better or worse , no treatments , no other tests , no meds , told to yes favorite over the counter cold meds and ride it out ,so that's why it's the last time I go here , your visit may vary , better or worse
I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone in the billing office and of course all week no one‘s been there to answer. I leave my name and number and I don’t get a call back. They either need to replace the person in the billing office or they need more people working in the billing office because this is ridiculous. Especially when you have a payment due and the online payment doesn’t work.
