0 Stars. They waste your time and are super rude about it. They laugh at you with no shame, both to your face and behind your back. Went here for 4 years because my family did, assuming every other doc in Liberty was like this or worse. Every visit had 2 hours minimum wait time, with a few lasting 3-4 hours just to update a medication list. The doctors and all staff treat you like worms, and both Wilson and Haddad will laugh directly at you when you ask about embarrassing conditions. Once, the front desk staff, out loud, without care that the rest of the lobby could hear, mocked an elderly patient right after they left the lobby. Upon gaining 30lbs after overcoming anorexia, to a standard BMI, a nurse actually commented “oh my god you certainly gained weight” condescendingly to me when I came in I stopped coming here when, literally 10 minutes after I left from a 3.5hour wait, for a 5min talk with Wilson, I called and told the front desk “hey sorry I forgot one thing I need added to my medication list”, to which I was told, “yeah we remember you were just here but you have to make another appointment we’re not allowed to do that”. A three and a half hour appointment. To add one over the counterPepcid medication to my list that I forgot to say to him 10mins ago.
Waited an hour in the waiting room then another hour in the exam room. Staff heard me explaining to my child why we were being ignored and was very haughty and unprofessional about explaining how busy they were, only 2 rooms for my NP and there were 2 people in front of us. We continued to wait for another 75 minutes and STILL no NP so we left, $45 and 2 hours poorer. All good tho, we found someone capable, professional and polite to prescribe my heart meds. 2 HOURS PAST APPT TIME!!!!!!! NEVER BE BACK!
The staff is very nice..idk about the doctor. I had to see the P.A. She is not a very nice person at all. Therefore my experience was horrible. .
Yea it may take a little longer than most Dr offices, but Dr Wilson and his staff are great and worth the wait
They are always helpful and I love that they help me. And it is a good place to go
