I wasn't expecting much more than a quick place to sleep for the night. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the service here was memorably excellent. The folks who work here clearly care about the place and the experience for their guests. We'll definitely be staying here again.Rooms: 4/5
The rooms were purely mediocre, the rooms were ok, clean enough, but it was just what we needed for staying a night while passing through. The service was amazing, the workers here are very kind and care about their clientele. Would recommend!Rooms: 3/5
Great stay for the price. Our room was tiny but clean, and the location felt very safe. Check in and check out were smooth and efficient. Things got a little noisy around 4 am with a work crew leaving for the day, but we still got a comfortable night's rest at a great price.
I’m a truck driver location was big enough to fit a truck in. My ac in my truck went out for a short period boss paid for a room all I did was go in and shower then go back to my truck. Rooms weren’t bad I had some concerns with the cleanlinessRooms: 1/5
The motel checks all the requirements. Safe, clean, location, affordable, and service. The motel doesn't look old. Close to eateries and fuel.Rooms are located from inside. No carpet, rooms have wifi, cable, hot showers and clean linens and towels, microwave, fridge and desk. ..No breakfast, and stiff bed were the only reason for 4 stars. Hint much cheaper than the competition. Go buy breakfast n you will still save! Safety: Ample parking and lighting. Rooms located access from inside. Walkability: Subway restaurant is across the street not a major throughfare. Food & drinks: All within a couple of blocks from the property.
Courteous front help Rooms were very clean and shower water had excellent pressure May I suggest to purchases new sheets and bedding The guests look as if they are not passing through and have found shelter... we left early Rooms: We went to Walmart and bought bedding to put over top the sheets and blankets with stains
We stayed 1 night. The parking lot was well lit and the room was clean. There was a minimum of typical hotel/motel noises. Staff was friendly and stay was pleasant. Safety: Though we were concerned about our cargo trailer and its contents, all was good. Staff informed us that we chose a safe area to lodge. They never have had issues with break ins or violence.
There is nothing fancy here. Plastic furniture and no carpet makes it easier to keep clean, which I appreciate. Our room also had a couch, good sized TV and dorm refrigerator. It was perfect for our needs and the price point matched our budget. Alex the night clerk was pleasant, helpful and he had a charming sense of humor. Housekeeping was very nice and accommodating of our special requests. Close to the highway and close to the event we were attending Whitestown's Viking Fest. What's not to love? Booked again in 2023 and just as pleased. Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Great job, everybody! We will be back in 2024!
There is a sign that states, "No visitors in the rooms at any time." Why am I, as an adult renting the room, told this. I get the concept. But, deal with the one-offs. Not all guests. I'm not renting a room at my mom and dad's. I should have no issues with my family coming to the room. The tub is shower only. The towels and wash clothes were worn and stained. The guy at the counter was rude. On checking out, they just said to leave the key. No .Thanks for staying, or have a good day. It felt like they didn't care if I ever came back. Granted! I won't.
The male staff were extremely rude to us, had nothing but pleasant experiences with the female staff members. There were several broken things in the room and it seemed like some of the towels weren’t cleaned and others had stains older than my oldest child. Our keys slowly stopped working to a point where we had to solely rely on the one replacement that we had. We also had to force the door to close in order to use the deadbolt. Won’t be coming back regardless of the free pet policy, because you can’t leave them in the room alone for any period of time, even if they are caged, and the in location policy states that they have to be caged at all times even if in the room with you and the door is locked and that is animal cruelty at its finest.
