The moves are simple to perform and work powerfully with your body's natural instincts-which makes it easy to master, even for a beginner. You'll be fit, confident and have a "killer look" in no time!

Krav Maga (Self-Defense) is part of our Adult Martial Arts Class. This class is open for adults, including teenagers who are age 15 years and older. Members will learn the striking skills of TaeKwonDo and the self-defense skills of Krav Maga!

We have a 6 - Week Introductory Membership Program that includes six full weeks of classes (3 times per week), and you receive a FREE Martial Arts workout uniform, Logo T-shirt - everything you need for only $99!
