It pains me to write this review, as I know how challenged medical professionals are these days. However, I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response and quality of care from Julie Dolan and would not recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor. I have been trying to get feedback from her on a Dex scan that took place more than a year ago. At my last visit I asked how it compared to my baseline scan. That was November 2022... fast forward to 7 months later, more than 20 phone calls and still nothing. I sigh. Time to find a new doctor.
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received from this clinic. I was an existing patient seeing a provider and had to cancel an appointment I had two weeks prior to my next appointment because I had a work trip come up. When I called the clinic to reschedule, they would not let me make a new appointment because "they are not accepting new patients". Keep in mind that I was not a new patient to the clinic. Even more frustrating, the receptionist I spoke with was not sure which doctors were even available and laughed like it was funny when she could not schedule an appointment saying "yea, I don't get it" and laughed. She had no clue as to what doctors were even working at the clinic. After a frustrating call being placed on hold multiple times, I received no explanation as to why they could not scheduled me for an appointment, and it became clear that the receptionist I was talking with was not going to be able to provide any useful information. This was a very disappointing interaction and I cannot recommend that anyone else use this clinic based on the service they provide to their patients.
I met with Brian Rush for lower back issues..I’ve seen him a few times now and he is a great general family doctor…He IS NOT a drug advocate unless necessary and gave me multiple alternatives to my problem. He spent a good deal of time with me and explains things related to “the problem’ with respect to drug side effects, alternative treatments, etc. I highly recommend him..
Extremely disappointing clinic... after meeting with the PA and discussing doing additional blood work after an initial appointment, I got a bill in the mail for a genetic test that isn't covered by insurance and was never confirmed or approved with me. The bill was for $600, which is absolutely ridiculous considering she would order that knowing I am a working student. I work in health care and deal with insurance companies so I thoroughly understand the protocol of patient care and billing and the "protocol" followed by the PA was completely unethical. At no point during either of my appointments was there a mention of the expense of the genetic test. After I called the clinic and requested to talk to the PA, I could only get an MA on the phone. While on the phone, I explained the situation. The only response I got was "what is your birthday" and "I'll talk to Cynthia and call you back", all of which was in a rude and standoffish tone. I expected a call back from Cynthia; the call back I got was from the rude MA who said, "The PA mentioned the purpose of the test but the PA doesn't know what any tests costs because we don't deal with billing" and that my blood work indicated the genetic test needed to be ordered. I know for a fact that it is common courtesy and good patient care to tell the patient when a test or procedure isn't typically covered by insurance and I know for an absolute fact that professional health care providers know the general cost of procedures and tests and have a thorough understanding of insurance. Regardless of whether the test was "necessary", the cost of the test was never expressed to me, and the response when inquiring about the test from the clinic was honestly the more unprofessional and sloppy patient care I have ever experienced. I work in patient care so I know how to treat patients, and this was the exact opposite of what health care should be. Go to a doctor that actually cares about helping people and not just treating the people that walk through their door as paychecks. I will never recommend Dr. Dolan or Cynthia to anyone in Park City and I will be sure to tell my story to whomever it comes up with.
My husband and I have different views toward medicine and in particular, the use of prescription drugs. We feel that both Drs. Dolan and Rush respect their patient's opinions and preferences in managing their health and in our opinion, this is what makes a good doctor a great doctor. Thank you for always being respectful of your patients.
New to the area, looking for a Dr I can build a relationship with. I will not be using this office, couldn't get past the rude person answering the phone.
Facemasks required. Never saw the doctor, only the unmasked receptionist.

Dr. Dolan is amazing. She listens and is very educational.
Dr. Dolan and her staff are my favorites!
