Cooperative Food Market, offering Organic and Natural Foods to the public
We are Morgantown, West Virginia's only full-time health food market. Providing local, organic, and natural foods to the surrounding area. We seek out the best local farmers to provide us with farm fresh eggs, produce, meats, honey, jams, peanut/almond/sunflower butters, real maple syrup, and even artisan creations that are one of a kind. We are a great find for those looking for the purest food products, or those looking for great alternatives for particular food allergies, or special food diets. We also have an enormous variety of spices, bulk grains, dried fruits, teas, extracts, tofu, vegan foods, dairy, and non-dairy products.
Some information about membership:
We are a true Co-Op, meaning there is no one owner. Every member is a co-owner of our company. We have a democratic system where members run for office and are elected by the members. Everyone is welcome to come and shop at our store and participate as much as they want. Holding a membership however is like owning a part of the community. More importantly though it is being part of the community. Members receive certain perks as well, we have three levels of membership benefits from which to choose.
