Mountain View Apartments

I lived here for a year and didn’t have many issues. Some reviews complain about the owners, but they are okay. The only one that is a bit snobby is Shannon/Sharon. But, don’t hold it against her she is okay overall, just grew up rich as her family own the apartments.

My experience with Mountain View was the very best! I truly appreciate Shannon as a landlord,good listener and helpful.

Oh my god, the worst landlord eveeeer, Shannon/ or Sharon! Haha wooow "I was saying goodbye to my husband." Thats so offput and none of anyones business to tell a stranger this over the phone when I was interested in one of their apartments. I kept hearing the ringing going back and forth like it was disconnecting. I never have this problem with my phone when I call other people so it was weird. So automatically, im thinking my call didn't go through and its just so strange. So then, this Shannon picks up and tells me "Are you the one calling 10 times I was busy with something, and it was very disrespectful, leave a voice-mail and Ill get back with you." Wooow, she said that to a stranger or her tenants. This is how she treats people! I was very upset. She did say leave a voice-mail. So I left a voicemail, and in the middle of trying to leave a voice-mail trying to point out how wrong she was for that and warned that Ill hire a lawyer to take legal action against her seriously aggressive unprofessional behavior, she picks up the phone and straight up yelled at me at a hostile manner "I WAS SAYING GOODBYE TO MY HUSBAND. Wowww! I was so shocked! "60% out of 90% of family businesses fail because of a family issue. Lost money just this alone because of her raw emotions. Her behavior was unacceptable, no qualification for a managers/ owners position. Worst customer service. Good luck on changing your reputation.

If you're looking for an apartment in the greater Wausau area, LIVE HERE. The apartments are well maintained, great price point, come with plenty commodities, great landlords, etc. I can honestly say after living in two previous places in Wausau, you will not find a better place to live than here.
