The best banking experiences of my life.  The staff is the kindest.  This bank really takes care of you and has many services and bonuses that no other bank offers, especially the big chains.  I have been a customer for over a year now, coming from wells fargo, it's like night and day.

I've been using Waypoint for years. They are always friendly and they love my dog. Which basically means I love them. I have found them kind and straightforward and will continue to use them for all my business banking.

Worked with the entire bank team on multiple commercial transactions this year.  All were closed on-time and terms were favorable.  Pleasure to do business with the bank.  They take the time to understand all parts of the transaction and they are sophisticated in the their understanding of commercial real estate and can help structure the transaction.

Do not bank with these people. Their customer service is horrible. They must have changed their name to get a way from their terrible reputation. There is no benefit to banking with this company: No ATMs, no drive through, no other branch in the city and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is nothing going for them at all.

Great bank and easy to work with.  Friendly and helpful staff.

Waypoint Bank is a wonderful community bank with great staff.
