I lost my father far sooner than I should have, and Mountain View made the process as straightforward and simple as possible. Shane was wonderful in helping my family and I navigate our options and didn't try to upsell us on options we didn't need. He was very factual and compassionate and explained exactly how everything worked and what the costs were. They operate extremely quickly and had everything done sooner than expected. The one criticism I do have is about the chapel on premises; the mood inside was quite dreary and had a distinct lack of natural lighting. It would probably be a fine venue for a more traditional funeral service, but my family and I were looking for a more uplifting celebration of life ceremony that would not have been a good fit for the chapel here. Overall, it was a great experience.

A funeral home, funeral parlor or mortuary, is a business that provides interment and funeral services for the dead and their families. These services may include a prepared wake and funeral, and the provision of a chapel for the funeral. Mountainview can assist family with their loved ones transition.  Transportation can be provided also for family's who choose not to drive.

This is one of if not the most beautiful, well maintained cemetery I have ever experienced.  When you drive through you see grass and flowers everywhere.  It's very welcoming to be a cemetery. Tony at the front was so sweet and Cheyanne was nothing short of amazing.  I appreciate Mountain View for the level of service I received.  Nothing really prepares you for death, we all know it's coming but I am grateful to have had such amazing people help me deal with the loss of my loved one.  Thank you Cheyanne, Tony and Mountain View.

First of all, I never thought I would be writing a review for a funeral home. However, I lost my brother very suddenly, and Elisa handled everything for me and my family. She and the staff are an amazing team. They blended in with our guests, and you could tell they genuinely care and want to help make everything seamless. Elisa went as far as giving me her personal cell number and advised me to call/text anytime. It's rare to find amazing, great-hearted people like herself. I can't even thank you enough. If you're wanting care and that white-glove service, then choose this funeral home because they will go the extra mile.  Thank you, Maelvy

When my best friends mom who was like a mom to me passed, it was unexpected and it hit me harder than I anticipated.  Elisa stepped up, stepped in and made sure we were taken care of.  I felt so supported in my time of need.  Mountain View is amazing.  There aren't enough words to express the depths of my gratitude.

Nicely done. I didn't have to do a thing but set up my pictures and the foid that I brought. Very nice service, and friendly staff.

I would highly recommend the services at Mountain View Funeral Home. We shopped pre-planning services for elderly parents. Of the 3 funeral homes in the East Valley they were by far the most professional and prepared for our appointment. Rachel Hobson was outstanding as our representative. Excellent follow through and readily available. They also have the nicest grounds and facility of the other East Valley options.        In April, we had to unfortunately put to use their services when one of our parents died. They turned a stressful, emotional process into a carefully orchestrated memorial. The attention to detail, and patience by the funeral Director - Shane Mullin was so appreciated. The delivery on what we planned far exceeded our expectations and every one in attendance was so impressed with the service. We can't thank them enough for all they did!!

Our experience with Mountain View Funeral Home has been amazing! They handled all the arrangements when my father passed away eight years ago, and did an absolutely excellent job. He was a veteran, and he was honored with a beautiful American flag and a plaque was placed on his crypt cover. My mother passed away on June 27, and we were very pleased to find that the service they provide is as exemplary as it was in the past. The staff is kind, respectful and compassionate. One service they provide that is above and beyond, was reaching out to us on the birthday of my mother. Our family offers our deepest gratitude to Mountain View Funeral Home. Mountain View has been amazing for me and my family throughout the years!

My spouse recently placed her mother and step father at Mt View. Process was handled very well with great patience! What I’d like to add is we both attended a family event on November 6th, Dia De Los Muertos celebration. Was an excellent family event to bring the community together, a community who share the fact loved ones are there at this place. We look forward to future events to bring us and keep us close to our loved ones. Thank you!
