Thank you Jessica Kyle and Kitty Le for assisting my family and I throughout the whole process of selecting and planning the funeral arrangements. Not only were you ladies a great comfort, but being there on funeral day to meet our last minute needs was a big help. I personally want to thank you both for being so kind to my family. I would like to thank Richard for providing counsel, comfort, and made things go smoothly on arranging, planning, and scheduling my husband's funeral services. Richard was knowledgeable, extremely caring, compassionate, and very professional at all times. I would also like to thank Terri for an awesome job in assisting with all the scheduling. Im grateful for Kirk for doing a good job in taking care of my husband's remain. Daniel for the great job for bringing out my husband's handsome face naturally. Max and Tristan for the lovely print of the programs and thank you cards. And last but not the least, Gray for being helpful every time I go to the funeral home. Losing a loved one is a difficult time and having a professional like your staffs was a huge help.I am extremely satisfied with the care and the services rendered. Vanessa and her team were awesome to deal with! Very friendly and helpful. Our mothers service was great and their help in planning and arranging was extremely helpful. They took very good care of our father helping him along in the whole process from start to finish and a little after the fact. The Garden Chapel was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. Bless you and your entire team at Mountain View!!! Jessica Kyle was our funeral director and she did an excellent job helping us through a difficult task. She was thorough, professional, and caring throughout the process. I was especially grateful for her skill in coordinating my father's funeral with Tahoma National Cemetery. It was one big part of the process I didn't have to worry about and that was very appreciated.

Mountain View did a lovely job of helping us plan my father’s funeral a few months ago. Every detail was thoughtfully handled with care and compassion. Casey and Neil were outstanding professionals who helped guide us through this difficult time. The funeral and burial services were first class, and they even helped us secure a wonderful location for my father’s Celebration of Life reception afterwards. My mother has visited my father’s burial site at Mountain View every day since his passing, and the staff at Mountain View continue to impress us with their warmth and hospitality. It also doesn’t hurt that the funeral home smells like freshly baked cookies. We feel extremely satisfied with their services and would recommend Mountain View without reservation.

I would like to thank Vanessa and Bonnie for taking care of our family needs in such a difficult time for us. They were both very helpful, responsive to our requests for more information, responding to our questions in person, over the phone, and via emails. Service was beautiful. Mountain View has been a blessing to our family in some of the hardest moments. First with Dad and now with Mom being with Jesus face to face. Even with that sure and certain hope that comforts us, we grieve here on earth. Thank you Mountain View for helping us honor our parents as we grieve with hope. We attended a friend's memorial service yesterday where our son left something in one of the pews which was very important. It wasn't until later after the Chapel was closed and locked that we asked for help finding our sons forgotten item. Jessica came to help us, she drove us back over to the chapel where she had to unlock the doors and turn on the lights for us to search for the forgotten item. We found it and was so grateful to her for helping us. Now this might sound like a little thing to most people, but not to us. In life it's the little things that make you want to recommend others, not just the normal services offered. Blessings to you, Jessica, and thanks again!

The staff at Mountain View are Rock Stars Jessica Kyle and the entire staff made this difficult time in life so much more bearable. They were caring and thoughtful through out this entire cremation process. AS you know the burial process for loved ones is a very daunting task. Jessica and her team of professionals took care of all the details for the burial process and made my family's life that much easier.
