Mountain West Bank

Leandra the small blonde white lady is quite rude. She does know her stuff but there is no point in acting superior and she attempted to put me in my place over a matter that did involve me by making me feel small and not a priority. She was very rude again and this was very disappointing to me because I have been using this bank for years.

Time and time again these guys continue to amaze me! You can't get any more "your friendly local bank" than the Hailey branch! They truly know you and treat you like you've been friends for years. NEVER switching banks!

It is actually one of the better places to bank. I hate banks, but this one isn't too bad. The people in Hailey actually treat people who go into their bank as humans. Not like those other banks that treat you like total garbage.

Excellent bank for your personal or business needs. Tellers greet you on a first name basis. Fast and friendly service.

I've cashed my check at this bank multiple times and asked for small bills... Since when the hell are 100's small bills???
