I needed to make a withdrawal on a Saturday that was far larger than the allowed daily limit...only the drive up was open. They worked with the Customer Service office in another part of Idaho via phone and Skype and were able to accommodate me very rapidly. Extra thank you to Steven for working hard for me and going the extra miles.
Not the biggest fan of this bank. The staff is all nice, but If you have a drive through transaction you better have 20 minutes. Not kidding !!! Such an absolute inconvenience! Also if you need to open a new account be prepared to wait a long time as well. This bank has been like this as long as I've banked here, doesn't look like it will be changing any time soon.

I work a lot and odd hours, to put money in my checking account I can only use the atm, since the bank is usually closed but the time I can get there. I have noticed that this location takes a lot longer than other locations to collect the money/checks deposited. I have waited several days to see it reflect on my account. It’s more than a bit frustrating especially when I have bills to pay on time. The bank is huge and nice looking, so not sure why it’s the only one that takes a long time to collect their ATM deposits. I definitely will be looking at other banks and ask how long it takes to collect since it’s the only way I can put money into my account.
I have had so many issues with this bank over the past 9 years. From not remembering my notes that I will be out of the country and shutting my card off to other challenges along the way. They need to join Zelle and update their banking app. It rarely reflects the correct information, which is very frustrating. I will be switching to a more established, well run bank.
This bank has always had such negative employees and I have never gotten a warm welcome from them whenever I am in. Even over the phone they have been kind and helpful maybe once. They also are sometimes open till 5 and sometimes not, even when the schedule on the door may say the that they are or aren’t. Just overall super frustrating.
I was in yesterday, there was no wait time, and the person who helped me was very nice and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience at this branch and I've been going here for about 5 years.
I called the bank to see if I could use my married name on my social instead of my maiden name on my ID. Because of covid and my husband loosing our marriage license I haven’t been able to change my ID yet. So when I called and told them I didn’t have the marriage license and my ID still had my maiden name but my social had my married name and I have mail from the state that says my married name I asked if that would work. I was told yes. So I packed up my kids and drove down there just for them to tell me it wouldn’t work. I would’ve waited and not fought with my kids if I was just told they couldn’t do it. I’m so frustrated and mad that they didn’t handle this better.
Please. Please. Please. Please. Get a better ATM. I shouldn't have to take time off work to get to the bank on your time to deposit checks. Very inconvenient to your customers. Why must you have the biggest nicest building but the worst equipment. Worst bank. Worst ATM.
Really nice people, but their front tellers and help line are really disorganized and their online banking is out of date and not userfriendly. They really need to get up to speed on technology.
