In 2001 I opened my small screenprinting shop with the idea that I would bring some original art and design to the boring old clipart style t-shirts that were offered at my kids school and the local softball complex. I started out designing mascot and attitude softball t-shirts and selling them in a store front at my shop, and the softball complex on the weekends at tournaments. My focus was designing and printing all my own original designs. That quickly changed when I started taking on more orders for businesses and schools and anyone who was in need of custom screenprinting. Eventually my passion was put in the back burner and I was printing my stuff less and less. So in 2013 I decided to sell my screenprinting business and take a little break from the printing business.
In 2014 after a year I realized that designing and printing was my passion so I decided to go back to the basics to what I loved, and that was designing and printing original, trendy, quality t-shirts. So in 2014 I decided I wanted to take all my years of experience in the screenprinting, and apparel industry and get back to what I’m good at and what I love and that is designing and creating top quality graphic tees, tanks and other apparel. So I had to think of a name that fit me and what I wanted everything about my business to represent. So I come up with Moxie (means spunk) Threads. Eventually I added and changed and ended up with this, Moxi3 Threads Clothing Co.
It’s been a long wild ride in life to get me where I am, but I never let go of where my passion was. I might have taken the long road to get here, but Im finally here. Enjoy shopping and remember “If you follow all the rules, you miss all the fun”!
