2nd month in a row and the roof of my Jeep has new damage! Every month something happens. & text request to have your vehicle ready in 30 minutes as posted online. Never has been ready on time.
Never have I dealt with a parking garage that consistently shuts off my card on a near monthly basis despite on time payments. Lot is in poor condition all around, dusty and decrepit. Almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone in a timely fashion. Would not recommend to anybody under any circumstances.
