Long line. Rude customer service. All Westchester is converting their parking meters with credit card pay and app payment options, Yonkers still uses antique parking meters which runs by quarter. Inconvenience of having no quarter?! More revenue for the Yonkers city hall. They issue tickets on broken meters too.
It's a miracle the folks who handled my permit transaction could be qualified to hold any decent job whatsoever. Unbelievable incompetence. Frightening these folks work for the city. Spooky experience for me plus the info I was given about when I could park was WRONG
