Mr. Chicken

Went to the drive through and was met with the rudest lady ever. I ordered a 20 piece, that was on the menu with 4 large sides and 4 drinks and she said my order was to big and stopped me in the middle of it to let me know I couldn’t get sides with the chicken, I said I wanted the sides then she rudely gave me a price and I wasn’t done ordering. Never will I go back there and we love MR. Chicken. I tried to order sweet tea, which was on the menu and she was mad I ordered it. I said it’s on the menu and she said well it’s not my responsibility to remove it off the menu. We ended up leaving with no chicken because of her. So sad

Ms. Brenda is the friendliest staff member there. It felt really good to be greeted with such a pleasant personality. I felt my business was appreciated and my order is always fresh and correct. Thank you Ms. Brenda and keeping smiling.Food: 5/5

We have gone to the Northfield location for many years and the last few visits has been unacceptable with the food quality. Given the decline in quality we have decided not to return. The last time we were there and ordered a four piece chicken dinner the box came with three pieces and the employee did not say anything about being shortchanged as I paid and pulled away from the restaurant. And he knew I would not drive 20 miles to return to question him about being short changed. Sadly he accepted a tip and he knew what he was doing

I’ll have to say this was the freshest and best chicken I have had in a long time! The service was pretty fast.. the workers were very pleasant and I was an extremely happy customer!Food: 5/5

Great fresh fried Chicken. They still have the center and rib breasts too. Most places have the rib only like KFC. Great deal on Wednesday on dinnersFood: 5/5

Stopped here on visit to horse races. Other than a bit of a wait for the order, food was hot and fresh.

I rated the food one star because this is the second time I went here the mashed potatoes was soupy and they never have any corn muffins. Mashed potatoes supposed to be thick and the gravy.Food: 1/5

Acted like they had better things to do than serve me. Ordered the 4 tender meal and didn’t even get a drink! Plus it was 12.99! Too expensive and they don’t care about you. Raising Canes is better

I bought an 8 piece Fried Chicken off their menu it cost $20 and some cents and when I got home and opened the box the pieces of chicken was so small I couldn't believe it. it look like they literally chopped up one tiny deform Cornish hen and threw it in the Box. I'm never going back to mr. Chicken again. they need to serve bigger pieces of chicken that's equal to the price. So many restaurants ripping us off now and trying to blame it on the economy due to the pandemic. Just pathetic!
