I would not recommend they do not respond. Additionally thousands of dollars spent and I dont believe they process samples nor the initial dna kit that was completed . Save your Money and go with reputable company that responds and actually does what you pay for. Definitely learned a lesson even though slightly cheaper you get what you pay for.
I am the Assistant community manager for a property company and we ran into a waste issue at a couple of our properties and in my research I found Mr. Dog Poop. This company was the most economical of all the companies. So I messaged the company with questions I had and I received a reply within a couple hours. Which I thought was amazing! I then had a few more questions after those, so I called and to my amazement I spoke with a real person and not just any person it was actually the owner! So after my company decided to use this company, we received the welcome kit the very next week and it came with pamphlets and tags to give to our tenants and a company kit for our information. Then we implemented the program and it was very easy for our tenants and us. The tenants loved the fact they had their own online portal and were able to get an identification card with their dog's picture for their use and they get an ID tag. We love the fact we have our own portal that can be setup to directly charge the tenant which they can use to pay directly or we can have it setup to where they have to contact to pay us. We also love the fact they don't charge for samples that have no match to our tenants. The kits that come to take samples are very easy to use and very sanitary so you don't have to worry about the person collecting the same. We also saw an immediate drop in our waste issue at both properties and that was just after the swabbing! If you are in the market for Dog DNA this is company to use! They are the most economical and fair about their pricing NO MATCH, NO CHARGE. They are very professional and very prompt with their swab and sample results. I could go on about how amazing the company is, but you could just call and ask the owner, another amazing plus!
Purchased materials and sent in samples three months ago - still no results. Their support staff is unresponsive and unwilling to help a customer. Our property management company has been very disappointed in their services. Very unprofessional.
Thank you for your service. We were able to utilize the DNA service at half the rate compared to others and even had some testing done for free. This has definitely reduced the amount dog poop left behind by both our long term and seasonal renters. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Support is great! All in all, their system and process is streamlined and very easy to not only use but to understand. We highly recommend Mr. Dog Poop to any property owner or manager who is looking to control what the four legged friends leave behind, when their owners do not pick up after them. Thank you!
Would give zero stars if it were an option. Joke of a company with false advertising of services. Highly recommend choosing another options.
I'm a property manager of 20 properties in California. I was searching for a solution to our dog poop crisis, with tenets not picking up after their dogs. In the past, we relied on our maintenance staff at each complex to witness the offenders. Having our maintenance staff take time out of their day was not only time consuming, but it interfered with their maintenance duties. We started our search for a company that could assist us and ran across a few. Mr. Dog Poop was gave us the service basically at half the price compared to other companies dealing in dog poop DNA. The entire process was simple. They sent us DNA kits for our tenants, along with detailed instructions, that made the entire process pretty simple for us.Our tenets and are now happily enjoying poop free common areas.
Complete Fraud! Literally never heard back once we sent in the samples.
Contacted this company about the information on their site for odor and germ removal. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
