The technical part of the procedures went quickly, as expected, though the tooth extraction was rougher than expected. The customer service experience, not from the desk staff but from management, was needlessly less than pleasant, and right before an already difficult procedure. I see that another patient reviewer also had the experience of, with no advanced notice, “you must pay upwards of $2,000 today” plus implying that it’s your fault for not being prepared, other customers haven’t been able to pay, etc. This approach is not good for any business.
This doctor will rip you away with the follow up bills when almost all get covered with the insurance and agreed upon. It looks like a looting practice to me. The service was medicore, the professinoal attitudtae was very well below than a doctor. I would NEVER recommend this doctor and facility to anyone. Stay away!
I'm terribly disappointed with the communication and management of this dental practice. I was going to get Dental services done and the day of my appointment I was told my total was over 2,000. I wasn't informed before hand what my cost would be on the day of my appointment. The office manager told me they're not "obligated" to inform clients before scheduling an appointment with them what the cost would be the day of appointment. Due to the total amount they wanted upfront I wasn't able to pay for the services as they wanted it all in full. With that being said, I did not get any work done from them and still gypped me for $320 for x-ray and consultation. This is the first time I truly felt played by a professional medical place.
From the first time coming to this place, I feel so welcome! Thanks to Alvina who was very helpful in making appt when it's better for me, she will explain all details about bills and will answer all the questions. Thank you to Yvette, she did amazing job for my cleaning appt, great person and she know what she's doing. Also want to say a big thank you and highly recommending DR. Melvin Matsuda. He is a master and fabulous dentist! He made a wonderful job to pull my wisdom teeth with no pain. Now I trust only him. Thank you for all you do!
During a recent phone conversation with your staff, I was unhappy because they could not help me with a referral in the Eugene, OR area where I was moving to. My experience over 20 years of their service and professionalism, however, is unrivaled. I would not hesitate to place my trust in their superior care.
Dr. Matsuda and team do an excellent job. They are caring and very clear about explaining what they are doing, how to treat at home, and their follow-up is excellent.
They have taken good care of my teeth. Everytime I come for deep cleaning it feels so smooth.
