I received text the AM before my appointment to confirm. 3 hrs later another text that a hygienist called them out. so wanted to schedule another. I called them: they said it meant they were sick. I thought they were having a confrontation, I explained that to them asking what age they were, as I am 67 so wanted an age appropriate person for communication since I already had a misunderstanding. They said they don’t give out age info of hygienist. Rescheduled to get a call 1 hr later saying “they feel I am the wrong fit for their office because I asked about age”. They cancelled me. Very strange front office folks, I’d advise not even trying to make an appointment if they cannot explain their terminology they said it was their way of communicating so I needed to use the same. If they can pick patients based on this, they get the “right fit” so can be choosing.

Always clean space. Organized and super nice people! I got my crown done by Erik and his assistant Ashley today. They did awesome! It was a great experience! Always were asking me during the time I was getting work done how I was doing. Go the extra mile in caring for you.  Very professional

The staff is so nice and caring. Office manager Tammy has a heart of gold. Thank you all for my great Invisalign retainer’s as it was a nice experience with new equipment.

Took a chance on this place. Close to my house.   Wow did I get lucky.  Cant say enough about Dr Smith and his helpers.  These people really care about getting it done right.    They take there time and really are about the results of there work.     I highly recommend this place.

Communication is a problem, with this practice. I got a cleaning and indicated some concern about some old fillings, asked them to get back to me after analyzing the x-rays. A month later, I started to have pain in a tooth with one of those fillings. I called them up and they couldn't see me about it for a MONTH for a root canal. They made me pay up front for the root canal. They had failed to get my dental records from my previous dentist. They had to be told how to anaesthetize me. After they did the procedure,  I heard nothing until some chipper young thing called me to tell me that my cap was in and I should come in that afternoon. I asked her what I would be going through because I have anxiety around dental procedures and she said,  "Well, you don't have to be rude!"  I waited for them to get back to me before my appointed time to get the cap, but heard nothing.  On the appointed day, I was full of anxiety, so much so that I cried. The dentist said, "boy the pollen is bad today" and expected me to agree.  He diddled around with the poorly-fitting cap for close to an hour.  He finally asked, "Have you had a check-up here?" I indicated that I had, more than a month before. He then looked at my chart and said,  "You have a chipped filling."  An informed and adept dentist might have considered that while I was out for the root canal, but he clearly had not read my chart and none of his staff bothered to read it, either.  I would not suggest going to this practice unless you're really cavalier about going to the dentist.  They are pretty callous and I would not recommend them to anyone who has any anxiety at all.

I was in need of a root canal. I have had a lifelong fear of dental procedures. Dr. Smith’s office provided me with a mild Sedative. The procedure was quick and painless. The staff was extremely helpful and impressive. I would highly recommend it.

Wow!  What an experience.  During vacation my crown came off.  Part of the tooth broke off with it.  Dr. John did a wonderful job repairing cleaning and now I have a temporary crown.  In two weeks I'll have the permanent.  Thank you Dr. John.

I came in today for a filling and I just want to say how much I appreciated Eriks kindness and patience throughout the whole thing. I’m 8 months pregnant but I wanted to get the filling down now to try and relieve some discomfort I was having. The appointment wasn’t easy being in the third trimester but he made me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you

I've been going to Smith Dental for over 20 years, all the way from my childhood. Dr. John Smith was my first dentist, but I have now worked with his sons in the same practice, Ryan and Erik, and they are both amazing dentists, as well. The level of care and confidence they put out is top quality. I never distrust them or feel wary when I go for any checkups or procedures. Dr. John Smith's daughter, Courtney spelling?, works as a hygienist and is just as confident and caring as her dentist-father and brothers! It is a pleasure to visit the dental office, and I always feel confident when I leave there that things will be alright with my dental health.
