Worst experience ever. They are very rude and not helpful at all. We had to figure out all by ourselves when we got a flat tire. They also dont warn you that there is not spare tire. Do not rent here. They kept my husband's deposit twice and never gave it back. And when he tries to explain to them they do not even bother to look into the situation but send you off to the bank when it is from their end. Pure Scam!!! Very poor service! If i could give them zero stars i would. Not worth it. Do not rent a car there.

I had a reservation to pick up a car on sunday 9AM. When I arrived at 9 the office was still closed and the first employee arrived 10minutes late. Then it took another 30 minutes to get the car ready for me I was the only customer present. When I wanted to finally take off at 9:40AM I was told that they didn‘t have the time to clean the car yet. If I wanted them to clean it they could do it but I would have to wait atleast another 30mins. I took the dirty car and left. Also: The gas was only 90% full.  Next day I bring back the car and the same employee tells me that there is too little gas in the tank maybe 80% instead of 90%. When I asked if they could look over that because I had to take a dirty car he said he could not and went on to charge me 5$ . Long story short: They demand 100% flexibility and understanding from their customers and they themselves are nit-pickers. But the car was ok.

I had a great experience renting a clean new car. Staff was very nice and polite. I was little more than an hour late but they understood my situation very well and didn't charge me extra. I surely recommend this place for renting a car !

I wasn’t sure about this place when I looked at it. It was the first time I was renting a car that wasn’t one of the large companies in the industry. I have to say I was quite surprised by the car they gave me. It was in perfect shape not anything on it. Low mileage. I would recommend to improve the facade of the building because it would give a better impression to your clients. It was the only place I could find a car in town. All the car rentals were sold out at the airport. But watch out not to drive more than the limited mileage they give you.

Good price, reasonable clean car. The day that I pick up the car, it was not available. Fortunately, I did not need it right away. Brent did a good job in checking out the car. He marked all the damages with it. All in all, it still deserve my 4 stars rating at this Richmond BC location.

scam art company. i rent a car last week. this company ask my visa card for deposite. after i returned a car,they charge both rent and deposit. even the car kept org condition. the car quality is low.they have only rebuilt cars. no luxex car. no respect of our whites. i have the images of what its car came from. the cars writen off by icbc! follow up: the cars it has are rebuilt. with icbc prove those cars had accident. true bad company! ban bad company save life!

Very nice and courteous service, straight to the point and no hidden fees; seems like a family business and has their own garage integrated. The best price around on the market and great service...would recommend. Our car also was in great shape and we had no issues. Thank you!!! And yes the guy working on the 12th of june at 11am who rented us the car was very nice to us and great thank you!

We had a nice experience in Mr. Rent a Car. We love the courtesy car Toyota Camry 2021. Michael helped us and explained everything. Ronald picked me up from the Autoshop to their office. He's a good guy. Overall, we had a great experience with the rental car and staff in Vancouver Location at Kingsway. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.

Mr. Rent a Car is an absolutely amazing car rental company. Their price and range of cars are not compatible. We rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but it was not available. Leonard quickly upgraded a car for us at no cost and gave us a really good car. He was amazing person to work with. I highly recommend Leonard and Mr. Rent a Car to everyone.
