I had a surgery on both feet in April of this year. I was recommended to this place from someone and I thank God for the recommendation. This place is the BEST hands down. I really want to thank Dave for working with me for over a month. If it wasn’t for him and his team I would not have mobility in my toes. I was depressed from this surgery with the possibility of not having mobility but Dave and his team helped me tremendously. I can not Thank you all enough.
Recently i suffered an achillies strain. It was a sudden onset. I had significant pain walking. i consulted Dave DiGiovanni , the physical therapy director at MRCP. He was extremely knowledgeable. He identified my problem and applied various treatment modalities on several occasions. As a result i had significant relief from my symptoms. Dave is professional and personable. One of the doctors as well as the office manager didn’t seem to care. The doctor’s body language spoke for itself, with the addition of how she didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The vibe she exerted was that of a person who’s just there for the paychecks more so than genuinely wanting to help patients. As for the office manager, her uncalled for snarky attitude showed me that perhaps this is why the doctor was behaving the way she was perhaps partially due to her work environment in regards to her coworkers/ boss. I was a patient here in the past, and recently got injured which lead to me deciding to go back to this location, but nope. The energy and vibes I picked up was distasteful. I’m trying to heal. Listen to your intuition, understand the energy and vibes, and if you don’t feel comfortable or aren’t being treated accordingly, abort and protect yourself from the toxic as well as negative energy. Not just here, but anywhere. There are plenty of other places to seek and receive treatment, so don’t waste your time or energy thinking that this is the only option. Others may not have gone through the same or similar experience for one reason or another I won’t get into that side of it, and that’s great for them. Do what works best for you and what you’re comfortable with. Personally, I refuse to give my business to a place undeserving of it and who doesn’t appreciate me as a person. All in all, I pray your experience is better than mine if you decide to give them a shot. But, there’s better out there. Don’t settle for less than what you deserve.
