We are about celebrating, promoting and valuing health from an individual, environmental, and community perspective. Health4U is focused on helping the MSU community explore the fundamentals of a health-promoting lifestyle. We provide access to high quality, evidence informed, and culturally conscious health education and support.
The Health4U team accomplishes this goal by providing classes, coaching, counseling, and online services, as well as sharing health and wellness expertise in the areas of: ANDI, Emotional Wellness, Food and Nutrition, MSU Moves, and My Health.
Health4U approaches individual health from a core belief that every person brings wisdom to their own health and wellness journey. Our role is to provide assistance with education, guidance, and support.
Health4U approaches community health from a core belief that the culture and environment in which individuals live, work, and play significantly impacts the capacity to achieve health and wellness goals.
