The Lifestyle Inventory & Fitness Evaluation Prescription Program
During the initial appointment, the client participates in light manual and computerized exercise testing which provides the baseline data for a comprehensive fitness assessment.
This appointment takes about 75 minutes and measures the following,
- Blood Pressure
- Cholesterol / HDL
- Percent Body Fat
- Heart Rate
- Flexibility
- Lung Volume
- Muscular Endurance
- Muscular Strength
- Aerobic Capacity
- Relative Fitness Level
- Lifestyle Risk Status
Following the testing is a counseling session where your results are discussed, suggestions for changing or maintaining behaviors are given and a person fitness and lifestyle plan is created.
Three months after the initial visit, the procedures are repeated and the changes are discussed.
