Mt Nebo Trailer Park

The personal care that I received while working with staff was superb. Excellent customer service by caring people that went the extra mile to ensure that my concern was handled with a great outcome. I can't say enough positive feedback about the people that worked diligently to help me. Great staff.

Drove through and picked up an application for my boyfriend and I- we just relocated to roseburg and are trying to obtain a space here living out of our 27ft 2020 keystone outback in a month to month lease. Lelioni was very quick with responding to our application. There are grocery stores and convenience stores within walking distance. Its a good little area!

I stayed at this park while doing work in the area. The manager is very courteous, responsive and accommodating. She was able to Submit and review my application and set me up with a space in 1 day.Rates are extremely reasonable and the tenants are nice, quite and keep to themselves. I would happily stay at this park again.

I stayed at this park for 5 months, the manager is very helpful and very friendly. They have a nice laundry facility on site. The RV park is pretty quiet and the neighbors in the area are very nice and friendly. The cost to stay I felt was very affordable as well. If you need anything management is always there to help.

My husband and I are looking to buying a trailer here. Went to the office to get app to get qualified to live there. We were greeted by Leilani the park owner, very awesome person.Made us feel very comfortable. Hope we get the mobilehome. Thank you and hope to see you again. David&Cheryl G

Park management is friendly, helpful, and she was very quick to get our application processed

I was feeling really exhausted looking for an rv park to put my 1991 40 ft trailer. Not many parks will take an older trailer no matter how good it looks. I had gotten the 12th turn down when I said" I'm going to try one more place". So I called one last time. Low and behold this lovely voice answered on the other end...Lelanie, the name fits. she was so kind and helpful. Sweete spirit, this one. I filled out the application and was approved the next day!!! I drove through the park several times and I knew that this was a good, safe and clean park and I wanted to live here. Lelanie was very kind. She welcomed me home...thank you lady...blessed be.

Even with my colorful background Mt Nebo Mobile Home Park gave me a chance. Their are a lot of rules but at least I have a shot at a fresh start.

The manager Leilani hope I spelled that correct is amazing. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about resources available to the tenants. This is a wonderful park to live in. Thank you so very much Leilani.

Management is is amazing and always very helpful. It’s a good place to live and the neighbors are also great!
