They go above and beyond to make sure your pet is cared for. They also don’t charge much at all compared to other vets. Nicole is very kind and helpful! We live an hour away, but we chose to go here because of how well they take care of our cat! She’s made a quick recovery after her spay on Monday:
Mount pleasant animal hospital and Dr Barton were over the top exceptional and saved our puppy Obi. They accepted him as a new dog, same day appointment. Obi had been sick for a few days. Dr Barton suggested we take an XRay and found out that he had swallowed a dime and need surgery. Dr Barton had Obi on the table and out of the clinic that same day. Since surgery he has called us 2-3 times to check on Obi. We will be coming back, and we can tell he truly cares for the animals. Very grateful to have met Dr Barton and the staff at Mount Pleasant animal hospital.
I drove an hour one way to see them for my puppies because they are so much more affordable than Utah county clinics. It was well worth the drive! I’m telling everyone about them! The staff and Dr were so nice and knowledgeable and I saved a ton.
Thanks Dr.Barton for running on Saturday night before Easter to help our very sick cow. He is amazing ! So appreciate his knowledge, calmness and patience in working with these huge animals.
Over the top best veterinary hospital ever. The staff and doctors are incredible and very attentive. Both my pups had an excellent experiences. Not to mention the price is super affordable and very reasonable. Will absolutely recommend to all my friends and family!
Titan has only been seeing Dr. Barton for a month. We are both super happy with the care and service. Pricing has been very reasonable. I appreciate the before appointment calls and after surgery call. How lucky are we!!!
I called the animal hospital at noon today as my dog injured his leg and they got me an appt at 5:30 same day. We drove from Utah County and even though the building was small it was sparkling clean and didn’t smell like every other vet clinic. The cost was amazing and Dr Van Dyke is so kind. We are taking our dog back in a few weeks for a dental. I highly recommend this clinic. Take the drive. You won’t be sorry. We have a new vet clinic now.
Highly recommend Mt Pleasant Animal Hospital! We recently were camping in Indianola and our 8 month pup had an accident. Being 2 hours from home and camping, I called the after hours number, being a Saturday evening and Dr Barton returned my call in less than 5 mins. He asked me a few questions, had me send him a picture, and told me what we could do, including bringing in our pup to be seen. We decided to take him in and he met us at the hospital as planned. He was so great with our pup and so nice! 3 stitches later and our pup is doing great with our minds at ease. He really took care of us and we are so appreciative of him getting us in on a late weekend night! I also received a phone call on Monday morning of them checking on him and asking how he was. I highly recommend them and have already told several people how great they were!
I highly highly recommend them. I had a goat emergency and no one else would answer nor call me back. They did and I'm extremely grateful! They are very knowledgeable and help during such an unfortunate event. I'm extremely happy They answered and helped us. My baby girl Shorty is going to make it and is doing much much better now. Thank you!! They are my to go vet now!
As much as we try to keep them away, my dog eats socks. Usually she gets them out. Last week she got one lodged in her intestines and I knew if we didn’t get her help soon her bowel could die and it could kill her. We called 10 different veterinary clinics and the only ones that could see her were emergency vet hospitals and it would be at least a 3-4 hour wait for her to be seen. We called Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital and knowing how serious the situation was they told us to bring her in immediately. We made the hour drive from Utah County and it was worth it. They saw her immediately and took her right back to surgery. They had her for about 36 hours because she wasn’t eating after surgery and they wanted to keep a close eye on her. It’s been a week since her surgery and she is back to her normal self! We were willing to pay whatever it was going to cost but I was shocked that the bill was 1/3 of the estimate we got from another vet! I would 100% recommend taking your pets here! So grateful for these people. They saved my dog.
