I called just now because I have a man and a teen soliciting on my property stating they are from New York Youth Club and trying to get money; I caught the man on video teaching the teen how to “have a come back” when the homeowner refuses to buy anything and ask for a donation. He also told the teen to go around the neighborhood and not stutter. I asked MT Pleasant police if they wanted to swing by and get the video. Dispatch one told me they have been getting calls about this for the past two days and said they are “allowed to solicit”.
Mt. Pleasant PD can do well with some continued training on public photography, vehicle code, constitutional law, community relations, department policy and general orders, and anti-gang behavior within ranks. Sergeant Supervisor Badge 215 needs disciplined for stating in the youtube video online in which he claims he will sue free men for publishing his ugly mug.
