Mullen's Donuts make some of the very best donuts and kolaches anywhere, I kid you not. Here in Bay City, their donuts, apple fritters, and the incredible pigs in a blanket "pigs" Are the stuff of Legends. They are so incredibly good, you simply must try them. The donuts themselves are also incredibly good, always perfectly fresh and often still warm. Also, the apple fritters ..... Thank you Mullen's, for doing what you do!

Over $9 a dozen and were not as fresh as usual. The hot plain ones had an off taste... it was a bit disappointing but will give them another try, as they are usually much better. Perhaps an off day, we all have them.

Google search said open until 5:30pm and got here at 5pm and they were closed. Drove from Austin headed to Sargent knowing we would make it on time. Change your hours on Google search.
The sausage kolaches are not my cup of tea. I'm picky when it comes to the type of sausage used though so I will be trying them again but will order something new. Service was great so I'll be back.

We absolutely love this place. We've always managed to get there when they're really busy but there's never a very long wait. Their baked goods have lots of flavor.
