Buying a car for me is incredibly stressful. I am not a buy a car every three years type of guy , I drive my car til it doesn’t run anymore. So my previous car decided she was done so I needed a new one. The entire process for incredibly seamless. I never felt pressured, or uncomfortable. The paperwork reflected everything that was discussed. Not to mention the sales manager Victor, my sales guy Kurt, and the finance manager were nice as could be! Also HUGE shout out to my girl Cassandra in service. She goes above and beyond Everytime I needed service weather is was a simple oil change or putting on brakes and tires! I would highly recommend Muller Honda for everything! Buying a new vehicle or simply servicing your current vehicle. The entire facility is TOP NOTCH!
While in the midst of a cross country drive, I had my CRV checked out at Muller Honda. The whole process, from phone call to inspection to car wash, went very smoothly. The service team I interacted with Marc, Shelly and Andrew was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly . . . stellar in all aspects!
Have a 23 civic Si bought in St Charles Honda put about 8k miles and started to hear a clicking sound when letting go of the clutch, when to Napleton Honda Morton Grove they didn’t want to adhere to the problem told me it’s “normal” and told me to go to the dealer I bought it from, going back to st Charles is an hour and half drive for me. I decided to go to Muller Honda in Highland Park and they took a listen and asked me to make appointment. Jamie the tech inspected it and had found a couple things loose including a bolt on the axle. Picked up the car today the clicking sound is completely gone and the clutch engages smoother than before. The overall hospitality here was a 10/10.
Excellent service department. Michael was knowledgeable and informative. I can tell my tech did a great job based on my Element's smooth acceleration and responsive handling after they worked on it. This was my first time here, but not my first Honda - I'm on my fourth one. They're not close to home, but worth the trip.
Cassandra was particularly helpful … explaining details. She is very efficient and very helpful. She reviewed all of the findings carefully with me. She is a pleasure to work with! Overall, I have been very pleased with the service at Muller Honda over the years. I have been taking my 2012 Pilot to your facility ever since purchasing it there 11 years ago. Never felt pressured … never felt like I was being asked to have some service performed that was not 100% necessary. Bill
This dealership is truly TOP TIER! I purchased my certified used Honda Civic almost a month ago and everything is running smoothly. My goal was to leave with a car same-day, and the finance team was able to make it happen for me. Thank you all I really appreciate your customer service. Only downside is the car wasn’t detailed/cleaned as well as it could have been.
Muller Honda has treated me right throughout the past three services with them. I bought my new to me used car from Georgia and had it shipped here, unfortunately there was suspension damage and needed work on all 4 sides. Muller helped inspect the vehicle and help me get everything done under warranty through Carmax. They have been honest even as far as having me meet the tech working on my car to allow further explanation of my car related issues. Roberto, the service manager there is friendly, helpful, and honest as well as the two techs I met there so far! So far so good
James Ogelsvy is outstanding! He was attentive, courteous, and efficient. He made my experience as stress free as possible, and he was very patient. He listened to me, gave me options, and was not pushy at all. I am happy with my decision, and I felt like he was genuinely happy for me. He is a true gem, and this dealership is lucky to have him. Far too often we go places where people just do not seem like they want to be there. This is not my experience from the moment that I walked in the conversation and the camaraderie made me feel confident that everything was gonna be OK. Not only did it take less time to get my vehicle repaired John and the crew. We’re amazing.
