MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care

I arrived on Saturday afternoon, no appointment. I was actually working, downtime for a bus driver. I’ve been feeling sick for a week, so I figured I’d take advantage of the downtime and walk in. Staff was incredibly friendly, understood my concerns and got me in quickly. Everyone was very pleasant. The doctor was pleasant and professional, determine what the problem was very quickly, and sent me off with a prescription. A very nice experience, and I’ve been to other urgent cares that we’re not nearly as nice. I would recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for all you do.

My Doctor Maria was very nice and professional. Same with all the assistanting doctors and nurses and front desk lady working there. I really appreciate their efforts to care for my health needs even if it's one issue at a time and I have to wait in line. However the sign in process is pretty straightforward and simple if you know how to utilize your smart phone and apps. I have to give them five stars because they also do an amazing job taking care of me and they are very nice and polite. Thank you so much staff at this Indigo Urgent Care!

Every interaction over the phone and in person was very pleasant! The online portion to fill out paperwork was very simple. I was told the wait was 3 hrs, but I got a call within the hour after initial phone call. I got a text to come in, and everything else after that was quick and hassle free. The nurses were all so polite from the front desk, to the triage nurse and Dr. Sarah who saw me that evening. In and out just like how I like it :

Excellent urgent care. My daughter was seen for a same-day appointment in order to extract a metal earring leverback lodged deep in her lobe. We were attended to by Maria and Autumn, who were absolutely wonderful - patient and professional, helping me talk my poor kiddo through her anxiety and pterodactyl-like screams of pain. Thank you so much for the care you took with my daughter, she's in high spirits and back to her sassy self. Would recommend this urgent care to anybody. Fantastic care and service.

Overall decent experience getting evaluated and treated here for a hand injury. The star I removed was due to them leaving my in the exam room for an extended period of time while I was waiting for a provider to come in to talk to me about my X-ray results and discharge instructions. I received a phone call on my cellphone while in the exam room and a staff member started giving me discharge insurrections over the phone. I said “I’m still in the exam room. Why hasn’t anyone come in to see me?”. I felt like I was forgotten and the medical assistant came into the room with discharge paperwork, rattled off some instructions at me, I still had questions I wanted answered, and felt rushed out the door. I am not sure what happened in the process where I was left in the room for an extended amount of time, wondering why things were taking so long. If you are a patient here in the future, be mindful of how long it takes for someone to check on you. I suppose I should’ve said something sooner. Hopefully they don’t lose track of you like they did to me. Overall, the staff were great. The rad tech came in and helped give me a new frog style finger splint- I appreciated that. The NP I saw also did a great assessment and had great bedside manner. Just got lost in the mix I guess.

Great - straight to the point. I had some issues with my insurance and co pay stuff but they were kind and helpful. It took a while to get in but hey I showed up on a Sunday with no appointment I knew it would take a while and hope anyone who goes to urgent care is prepared to wait a little. Overall awesome medical help.

There was a 2-3 hour wait time for walk-ins but after about 20 minutes waiting Shelly heard the sound of my son's cough and got us checked in sooner out of concern. She was super sweet and brought him juice which of course he loved. Se was definitely helpful in letting others now to text when on the way to assure they will get seen. The communication and the thoughtfulness of her and MA Christina will definitely be the reason we come back here if Woodcreek can't get us in.

Outstanding service. Highly qualified, friendly, and effective staff. I was in and out quickly & my appointment went even better than planned. Proper, but quick, check-up & diagnosis. Couldn’t be more pleased. Facility was also fantastic! I highly recommend this business!

I was able to be seen within 10 minutes of walking into the clinic, with no appointment. Each person I interacted with was kind and professional, the facility was clean, and they got me taken care of and out of the clinic quickly. Also, the app they use makes both checking in and viewing results simple. I would highly recommend seeking care here!

Was seen promptly at my appointment time. The PA was thorough and provided medications that were "spot-on" to help eliminate my constant coughing. She also noticed a mild infection on my neck from where I had a cyst removed and asked if I wanted a stronger ointment than the Neosporin I was using. As I replied yes she sent the script for that to the pharmacy as well. Everyone was pleasant and considerate. Great place to go when you can't get in to see your PCP quickly.
