I went to Munchel's yesterday to sale some coins like I have in the past but this time I was deeply offended when I was offered $5.00 for $60.00 worth of coins. I ended up going to South Florida Gun And Pawn where they loaned me $30.00 so in the end things worked out well. Needless to say I'll never return to Munchel's again. Pretty sad when a place like Munchel's wants to low ball a guy that's disabled and barely able to make ends meet in a time like this. I understand they want to make a profit but they could at least be fair. I included images of some but not all of the coins I tried selling
My wife’s custom wedding band needed a minor but delicate repair and cleaning. We entrusted it to the care of Munchel’s Fine Jewelry. They did the work rapidly, professionally, and affordably. The band is now as beautiful as the day I put it on her finger. So impressed were we with the people and the charming store we returned to have her antique silver tableware appraised. Mr. Munchel’s price was quite fair, so we decided to sell it all since we have no use for it and no one to inherit it. In this day of chain enterprises and nearly extinct customer service, it’s a delight to find warm people running a family business. They genuinely care about the expertise and service they provide to their customers. We will do all our jewelry-related business with these fine people. I recommend you do the same.
Exceptionally and highly recommended for anyone that is looking to be assisted with a fair transaction either buying/selling Mr. Bret is awesome he's fair and did a awesome valuation and meet the costumer needs... I did sold few gold piece and I was please with his attitude and the way he handle his clients superb! definitely look for him when you visit.
I will never use another jeweler. Every piece of jewelry I’ve purchased over the last five years has been perfect, and the customer service is absolutely top shelf. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.
When we saw the commercial he said " That's what we do". Get to know us. Well my wife and I went there to get a ring fixed and were basically turned away! So in my opinion "That's what they do". To top it off the girl at the counter acted like she couldn't be bothered. If I could I would give zero stars. Funny part is, I never even got any feedback from this review so zero stars it is!
I’ve been working with Jennifer at Munchel’s for close to 10 years as I would come in looking for a new wedding set. I love antique jewelry and so I first purchased a 1940s set about 8 years ago. But we both knew I wanted something with more “presence” someday. I would come in various times over the years for repairs to other jewelry and dream. Jennifer was always ready with a smile to show me whatever I asked and help me dream. For my 15th anniversary, my husband and I came to the conclusion that designing a ring was the only way to get what I truly wanted. So we came in with our design that my husband drew. Matt then converted the 2D drawing to a 3D masterpiece. The final piece is gorgeous and exactly what I hoped it would be! I love it! Thank you for making my dream a reality.
I have bought many pieces of jewelry here and have always had a great experience. The staff are very helpful and diligent. If I have ever had a problem with any piece they are always willing to fix it for free or at a discount price. I live out of the state now but will still wait until I can vacation down to Florida to purchase my jewelry from Munchel's
I purchased a Tungsten ring here when I got married, Tungsten being the strongest metal to the point where the rings can't be resized. 3 months later I dropped the ring 2.5ft on to a standard tile floor and it snapped right in half like a child's toy. Not sure what they really sold me but looks like they pulled one over on me!
Service is exceptional every time we go! Everyone there is very friendly and they know what they're talking about. Fair prices, and BD was very helpful with my boyfriend's watches. Would highly recommend for any repairs or jewelry needs!
Update your google hours ! I literally planned my whole day around you opening at noon and so did everyone else for you not to be open ???? Poor customer service . I won’t be back after I pick my necklace up for repair . I’ll take my business to foshee !!!!
